The fundamentals of improvisation are the fundamentals of life.  Listening, agreeing, forwarding action, taking care of your partner and so much more! You’ll be introduced to those lessons as you play games as well as create characters and scenes using a variety of improv and creativity exercises. Whether you want to be on stage or not, taking an improv class you’ll have the opportunity to discover more about yourself – plus you get to explore all those crazy ideas in your head in the safety of a class. Com’n…you know you want to have fun!

Instructor:  Gary Rudoren is an original member of the nationally-recognized Annoyance Theater in Chicago where he was a director/actor/writer and teacher for almost 20 years.  He also taught and directed at The Second City in Chicago and The Magnet Theater in NYC.  He is co-author of the McSweeney’s humor bible; “Comedy By The Numbers” and his plays have been performed all around the country as well as in the UK.
