Broadway legend Tracy Letts (AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY) and Debra Winger (AN OFFICER AND A GENTLEMAN) create a luminous couple in writer/director Azazel Jacobs’ new film THE LOVERS, a movingly intimate story of love, marriage, and all of the complications that come with them. Years into a dispassionate marriage, the long married couple, both seriously involved with other people, resolve to call it quits. To their surprise, their decision reignites a dormant spark that leads to an impulsive affair, one that will reshape their relationship and prove that breaking up can inspire a trip down the road t0 finding one another anew.
